Sears and Kmart Shipping Cost, Why?

Okay I had a $10 credit so I went to Kmart.com and had like 12.00 in my cart. Shipping ended up being quite a bit more than my actual order. They expected me to pay around 28.00 for 12.00 worth of stuff. Needless to say I canceled that one, and decided since I needed pillows to buy some fairly cheap ones and again shipping was not quite as bad but almost the cost of my order about $7 for both, so after taxes I paid 14.75 for 7.18 worth of pillows minus the gift card which was a total of 4.75, would not have done it without the free gift card. I will not be shopping there anymore, why would anyone? Will you?
