 If exercise is one of your new years resolutions you may have more aches and pains than usual. Salonpas topical creams,sprays and patches are a great alternative to those of us who want to avoid OTC pain relivers which may damage the liver or stomach.

          

 The Pain relieving gel patches work great for the shoulders and back.  I love the hot one but if you don't want the hot feel there is one without it that works great as well. Patches last anywhere from 8 to 12 hours so no need to reapply anything and no mess!

 The Deep Relieving Gel and Jet Spray both also work great for sore muscles and I love that the smell is not too strong. The good thing about the spray is you don't have to get it on your hands. The gel is also great I think actually rubbing it into your skin helps with the pain relief and its a clear gel so there's still not too much mess with this one. All of these Salonpas products provide great pain relief. I  prefer these to taking over the counter pain relievers.
