I will have to take this product a little longer to comment on the full effects, but so far so good.
They are easy to swallow, no aftertaste.
My skin is clearer, and dryness and redness is totally gone. I would recommend this product. The addition of 5 different vitamins to your diet everyday would benefit anyone and you get the added bonus of better skin. I recommend so far.
