Fruit Pizza Recipe

This is so delicious and kids love it too!

What you need:

1 package of cream cheese softened

Small containers of fruit, I like to use: Strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and kiwis if I have them.

Sugar Cookie Dough. I used a mix this time, but I recommend you use the refridgerated rolls of the pilsbury sugar cookie dough. You could also use store bought cookies and make mini fruit pizzas.

1/2 Cup sugar

1 tsp Vanilla (Optional)

Roll dough onto a pizza pan or cookie sheet. Cook at 350 Degrees for 10-12 minutes. Let cool. While that cools mix your sugar, cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Spread cream cheese mixture onto cookie. Top with fruit until covered and enjoy!

Peeve My Parents Pet Book Review

   

This is hands down one of best childrens books we have read. It is so funny my 4 year old laughed the whole time. I first had to explain what pet peeves were because he didn't really know, but once he got it he loved it. Apparently this little boys parents have a pet name peeve but he must be very small and quite fast because he's never seen him. Hmm. His parents ask him things like "Who left chocolate finger prints on the piano keys again? That is my pet peeve." The little boy even draws pictures of what he thinks Peeve might look like. Hilarious! This book is tons of fun to read, but even after we are done we have more fun pointing out what our pet peeve are/or what our pet "Peeve has done. We have since read it over and over and over. It's a great way to point out something your child shouldn't be doing. If my little one does something I will just jokingly say that is my pet peeve and then he will say something like "I can't believe Peeve did that!" Your child might behave a little better if just for the first night he reads this book.

For ages 3-9... A young boy is determined to hunt down Peeve, the mysterious and mischievous pet his parents talk about so often. Although his parents' pet is apparently quite small, Peeve certainly causes a lot of trouble.  I received the Kid Lid Fold Up Laptop Protector for review, having never heard of this product, I didn't really know what to expect. All I can say is I wish they had come out with this sooner, particularly when my little one was between 2 and 3 and used to pick the keys of my laptop! And we all know how hard it is to stop an toddler from excitedly "typing" and banging on the keyboard. We used our laptop to let ours watch Netflix some but without something protecting the keyboard from the little monster, he would just end up turning off his show.
